Approach
A clear process from first conversation to long-term support.
Good software comes from understanding the operation, designing with the people who will use it, and building in a way that can be maintained for years. This is how we do that.
Discovery
We spend time with the people who do the work and the people accountable for it. We map the current process, the data involved, the systems already in place and the outcomes that matter. Discovery is short, structured and written up.
What you receive
- Process and data map
- Problem statement and goals
- Constraints and dependencies
Scope
Together we decide what the first release must do, what can follow, and what should not be built at all. Scope is written in plain language with acceptance criteria you can hold us to.
What you receive
- Prioritised scope for release one
- Estimate and plan
- Risks and assumptions
UX design
Screens, flows and the information architecture are designed before development starts, then reviewed with real users. Changing a design is cheap; changing a built system is not.
What you receive
- Interface designs and flows
- Data model
- Design review notes
Development
We build in short cycles on a modern, maintainable stack, showing working software regularly. Code is versioned, reviewed and documented as we go, not afterwards.
What you receive
- Working increments to review
- Source code in your repository or ours
- Technical documentation
Testing
Automated tests cover the logic that matters; structured manual testing covers the real-world cases. Clients are involved in acceptance testing with clear scripts.
What you receive
- Automated test suite
- Acceptance test results
- Defect log and fixes
Deployment
Environments, pipelines, backups and monitoring are set up on cloud infrastructure that is documented and repeatable. Go-live is planned, rehearsed and reversible.
What you receive
- Production environment
- Deployment pipeline
- Go-live and rollback plan
Handover
Your team receives training, administrator guides and the documentation needed to own the system. You are never dependent on us to understand what you have.
What you receive
- User and administrator guides
- Training sessions
- Architecture and operations notes
Support
After launch we provide support and improvements under a clear agreement: fixes, updates, security patching and the next round of features as your operation evolves.
What you receive
- Support agreement
- Monitoring and patching
- Improvement roadmap
Working with us
What you can expect.
Plain language, honest estimates and software you own.
You own the result
Source code, infrastructure definitions and documentation are yours. We build with widely used, well-supported technology rather than anything proprietary.
No surprises
Scope, estimates and progress are written down and shared. If something changes, you hear about it early, with options.
Security as standard
Authenticated access, defined roles, encrypted data and audit trails are part of every system we build, not an add-on.
