What this website collects
eriira.com is a static website. It does not use analytics, advertising or tracking technologies, and it does not set cookies. We do not collect personal information simply because you visit.
Our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS Amplify Hosting), processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details in order to deliver pages securely and keep standard access logs. We use these logs only to operate and protect the service.
When you contact us
If you use the contact form, the details you enter (your name, email address, organisation if you give one, the subject and your message) are sent to us by email through Amazon Simple Email Service, hosted in the United Kingdom (AWS London region). We also send you a confirmation email at the address you provided. The website does not keep a copy of the form in a database. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where applicable, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
You can also email hello@eriira.com directly. We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as is needed to deal with it and for a reasonable period afterwards for business record-keeping. If your enquiry leads to a working relationship, we keep the related records for the duration of that relationship and as required by law.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, such as our email and cloud hosting providers, under appropriate terms, or where required by law.
International transfers
Our website is hosted in the United Kingdom (AWS London region). Email providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards such as adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses apply.
